He is not a good shooter but he is an excellent penetrator. He should penetrate more than take outside shots. he's got good dribbling skills too that helps him penetrate. as for mangahas, his game just dips when we face ateneo. they have his number. the reason being is that mangahas thinks too long whenever he has the ball. this is ok when we are against the other teams. but against a team that plays superior defense, he has to make faster decisions. ]]> By: greensubmariner http://www.goarchers.com/1679/win-streak-ends-at-four/#comment-2318 greensubmariner Mon, 10 Aug 2009 03:52:56 +0000 http://www.goarchers.com/?p=1679#comment-2318 I agree with SHST when he said that we should just support the team. although most of your analysis may be correct regarding inconsistent performance of certain players etc. thats what sports is all about! being a former varsity player for our beloved school, i know that the coaching staff & specially the players know that errors were made & non-athletes could never ever fathom the feeling of letting the entire school down. but there is always a next time & i'm sure we well all rise to the occassion. this is what la salle is all about. let us not forget also when these same players played well for us and that whenever we step into any athletic venue,the green & white always instills fear and admiration to the opposing team. to the critics i still say thank u becoz we all know how u love the school. but lets not forget how our athletes feel. i've spoken to them and they look up to us. anything we say good or bad is magnified a thousand fold. animo la salle guys! Ateneo has a lot of free throw shooters that's why we lost. But last night's game was one for the records a true instant classic. Kayang kaya natin ATENEO isipin mo we're a younger team and yet our sophomores and rookies have the focus to shoot clutch 3pointers. We'll make it in the final four, we have a chance to go to the finals, we are a championship caliber team. ANIMO LA SALLE! In my opinion the crucial factor was fouls.
