For the top-seeded FEU Tamaraws, deep inside they know very well that the Green Archers will not go away so easily. They may have the twice-to-beat advantage, but they are going up against a team that they narrowly defeated in the first round and eventually dealt them their only convincing loss of the season.
For La Salle, deep inside they know that they have what it takes to beat the Tamaraws. If they did it once, they can do it again. Defense will play a major factor if La Salle is to force a rubber match next week. The Green Archers are perhaps the only team that matches-up well defensively against the Tams, most especially their high-scoring backcourt.
Expect the Archers to bring it all out tomorrow. No matter what happens, the team has already exceeded everyone’s expectations this year. And for that we thank you.
