The De La Salle Green Archers  win their initial game in the Philippine Collegiate Championships Naga Zonal Leg to the tune of 98-44 against the Don Bosco Mandaluyong Grey Wolves.

The defending champions of this tournament will face the St Francis of Assisi Doves tomorrow.

The De La Salle Green Archers, 2008 Philippine Collegiate Champion, start its title defense by trying to earn a Finals seat at the Naga City zonal games starting November 12 to 14. Competing against the Green Archers are the St. Francis of Assisi Doves, University of Nueva Caceres Greyhounds and the Don Bosco Grey Wolves.

The top 2 teams in this phase will advance to the “Sweet 16″ which will start on November 23 in Manila.
